Over the course of my career, I've helped organizations navigate growth, implement change, and strengthen the systems that support people and performance. Meaningful improvement begins by asking the right questions, listening carefully, understanding how people and processes interact, and building solutions that organizations can actually implement.

That belief became the foundation of Gold Insight Consulting.

I earned a Doctor of Education in Applied Learning Sciences from the University of Miami, where my doctoral research focused on designing, implementing, and evaluating workforce development initiatives. Today, I combine that research with real-world leadership experience to help organizations create measurable, sustainable improvement.
