My career spans teaching, mentorship, leadership and compliance consulting across multiple public school districts, where I learned how to break down complicated situations, identify root issues, and guide teams toward effective solutions. These experiences shaped my ability to listen deeply, analyze strategically, and help people move forward with direction and confidence.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, and I am currently a Doctoral Candidate in Applied Learning Sciences at the University of Miami. My background blends human behavior, systems thinking, and evidence-based problem-solving informing the strategic guidance I provide today.

  • Throughout my life, people have naturally turned to me for guidance — friends, family, colleagues, and even strangers seeking clarity or a plan for what to do next. Over time, I saw this same need reflected in my professional roles as well: individuals feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their direction.

    Gold Insight Consulting was created to fill that gap.
    I wanted to offer a structured space where people can step back, evaluate their situation with an unbiased partner, and walk away with clear next steps they feel confident pursuing. Helping others find direction is not only a skill of mine, it is also the work that fulfills me the most.

  • Outside of consulting, I’m happily married to an incredible husband, and together we share our home with our energetic French bulldog, named NASDAQ. I enjoy traveling, spending time with loved ones, reading, attending concerts and movies, and cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles — GO BIRDS!!!
