It is not therapy or counseling. It is forward-focused guidance rooted in insight, strategy, and practical problem-solving.

What can I bring to a session?

Anything that feels unclear, overwhelming, or difficult to navigate. Common topics include career decisions, life transitions, relationship communication, education pathways, business strategy, and personal decision-making.

What happens during a session?

Sessions are conversational and collaborative. We explore what’s going on, uncover the root challenges, and work together to create clarity and identify your next steps. You will leave with meaningful insight and a clear direction forward.

How long are sessions?

Most sessions are 60 minutes, but longer session options are available if you need extended time.

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?

Yes. All 1:1 sessions are offered virtually, allowing you to meet from wherever you feel most comfortable. In person sessions are available upon request in South Florida (Palm Beach County, Broward County and Miami- Dade County).

Is this similar to therapy or counseling?

No. While the experience is warm and supportive, Clarity & Strategy Consulting is not a mental health service. It focuses on insights, decision-making, and strategic direction rather than diagnosis or treatment.

Can I book more than one session?

Yes. Many clients choose ongoing support, while others book sessions as needed. You can schedule one session at a time or choose a multi-session package when available.

How do I know if this is right for me?

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session time. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a late-cancel fee.

Do you offer organizational workshops or speaking engagements?

Will I receive resources or tools after my session?

Yes. When relevant, you may receive personalized prompts, strategies, or tools to support your clarity and next steps between sessions.
