Policies.

Session Length

Standard sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted. Extended sessions may be available upon request.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session time are subject to a late-cancel fee.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not notify me in advance, the full session fee will be charged.

Refunds

All sessions are non-refundable once completed.
Packages, if offered, are non-refundable after the first session. Exceptions may be made in extraordinary circumstances at my discretion.

Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will be shorter but will still be billed in full.

Communication

Email communication between sessions is welcome for brief questions or scheduling needs. Detailed guidance requires a booked session.

Confidentiality

Your information and the content of your sessions are kept private and confidential.
Please note that Clarity & Strategy Consulting is not therapy and does not fall under HIPAA regulations.
